I dont get it

My 9 month old son totally hates getting his diaper changed and he hates getting dressed. Its like a wrestling match for me every time. I'm at a loss as to what to do but I am so tired of him kicking and screaming every time he needs his butt changed. Please drop me some advice or tell me im not alone. Is it a boy thing? Lol. I seriously don't know what to do!
