Just got the spectra
I get alittle less output with the spectra?
Maybe Im using it wrong it’s my first day using it
Any tips?

@Debs yeah I get a good output on other pumps with the flanges I currently use
@Debs I got the spectra because I’ve heard you get better output but usually I get 3 oz from both sides and I’m getting like 21/2
@Karol i’m actually using a different flange size with the spectra than other pumps (it was an LC at the hospital who gave me the flange size for the Medela but either she was wrong or they vary. I’m a 21mm on Medela but 24mm is great for me on the Spectra.

I also struggle to get as much with my S1... I think the flange might be off but the other sizes are so expensive I'm nervous to try in case I waste more money. Especially as my Medela Symphony works well.
