Find a lactation counselor. At this age babies lose their automatic sucking reflex so introducing a bottle to them is foreign but can be done. You might to have to experiment w a different nipples to get him to take the bottle.
I went through this my little one refused from a month old and I didn’t get her back on them till she was 8 months Tried EVERYTHING. I managed to get her to take some milk from a straw cup now and then (recommend a tum tum as it doesn’t have a valve) At 8 months I was in so much pain that I just cut her off one day and offered bottle/sippy/straw/open cup just to get something in her - she still wasn’t taking the bottle. I breastfed her before bedtime only But the next day I stuck to it and offered the bottle again and she took it (it was MAM, teat number 2, ps I’d bought every bottle type I could find and it made no difference so I wouldn’t waste your money) and now she has 3/4 bottles per day She wasn’t crying for boob those days I think I just got lucky with that otherwise I probably would have given in. I know how hard it is but only thing that eventually worked for me was just flat out boob refusal
No advice but I’m going through the same thing. Mine doesn’t scream she just doesn’t latch on, she bites it and smiles at her dad
