Yes! I'm 24 with a 2yo and a 6mo and it's very hard to find people my age that are in this stage of life. My best friend just told me she struggles to relate to me because of I have kids. It was really sad but she just kinda brushed it off. Idk it just sucks cause now I have no one.

😮‍💨 I relate very much I have 2 under 2 and I'm 22! Every time I do meet someone that's near my age that has kids they seem toxic some how, last time I did hang out with someone my age with kids she tried to tell me that I've been using her even tho I drove her around, took her daughter to school in the mornings and picked her up (so pretty much when my kids take naps or really early in the morning😮‍💨) there's some other stuff, I just wish there is someone who I can relate to, and have help

@Faith First off you are not alone! Anyone who can't handle you or your life isn't meant to be there especially for the kids sake. Relating shouldn't have to be the only thing worth caring for. I've been trying to rediscover myself and not let being a mom fully define me but I definitely can't place myself back as a single non mom 23 year old vibe completely and that's okay.

@Mechelle ew stay away from the sponges for sure I get it completely. We're still super young but the priority shift is immense when becoming a caregiver and parent. Sometimes all you can do is focus on your personal growth so you can put yourself in more and better positions even socially. I have looked for friends in the past but still found that I wasn't ready for it I'm 23 and trying to be social again we will see. You got this!

I’m going to have 2 under 2 next month and I am 20. All of my friends are moms at this point! My husband has an easier time making friends.
