Toilet training

My little one is cracking this potty training hardly any accidents (nappy at bed still) but she is too scared to poo on the toilet, I’ve tried bribing her but she needs to poo and has a meltdown until we put a nappy on her. I’ve tried sitting her on the loo when she says but she just clams up, any ideas would be greatly appreciated

My LO was exactly the same. We stared potty training last year September and one nailed the weeing in the potty / toilet. But refused to go no.2 in the potty or toilet (he did it around 3 times in the space of 8 months). Only now does he do no.2s and that’s after 8 months! I found positive reinforcement and just reminding him that we’re going to “poo in the toilet today”. And small bribes like “I’ll give you a treat if you do your poo in the toilet” when he does it I’ll praise him loads. We haven’t had to resort to the nappy for no.2s for the past 3 weeks x Good luck! We only started potty training a couple of weeks ago, still in nappies at night, can't see that changing any time soon as that seems to be when he poos. He has literally just done his first poo on the potty - he put himself there. We have said to him that he can poo on it but he hasn't wanted to. I think his habit is to do it at nighttime anyway. I don't have any advice but maybe she will just do it when she's ready?
