@Genesis💜 thank-you so much for those kind words that means so much and I'm so grateful ❤️❤️❤️
It’s only natural to feel anxious with what you’ve been through. I had 2 losses and with this pregnancy my anxiety was through the roof until probably about 8 weeks, the only thing that helped me was just trying to relax as much as possible and knowing I was doing everything in my power to have a healthy pregnancy. And then when enough time had passed, I invested in private scans. I can’t tell you how much better they made me feel! They were worth every penny! You got this mama x
@Sarah thanks babe xxxx
@mammy to 8 angels 👼 Congratulations 🎊 👏🏽 💐 🥳 I told you God will Bless you sooner or later. Feeling anxious is normal after those bad experiences. Don't worry, when you feel like that hold your hubby's hand or touch your belly and say "everything will be ok, we all want you, we all dream of you, you strong and mom and dad will make you stronger, God will protect you and us to protect you, well love you" I know they don't hear you but they can feel gow you say things. Try thinking positive. Try to make the negative experiences in to a Beautiful beginning for this new pregnancy. Do a lot of bed rest treat thus pregnancy as a very delicate one, to prevent the risk of miscarriage. Try not to stress or do any force, dont squat, try to eat healthy and go to the appointments. You got this!! God Bless You Always! 🙏🏾
