I’m pretty much dealing with the same thing… however I try not to put my self in a depressive mental state. You have to be kind to yourself and your mental. Tell yourself that everything is okay and continuously pour love into your baby. Take her for strolls, read books, and play with her! And if you need some time to yourself, try laying her down for a nap or if she’s up, give her a little screen time with Ms. Rachel videos. But if none of these suffice, I definitely say talk to your partner or reach out to other loved ones. Hope this helps love!
I've noticed working out really helps. And getting dressed every day helps too. Wake up in the morning work out, shower get some tea and watch the sunrise. Also listen to music that uplifts you. Music that makes you want to dance, or music that makes you feel happy, energized. You got this mama👏🏾
Go on a weeknd trip, start the gym, have your partner give you more time at the end ofthe day to unwind and do what you want
@Haps can you send me some info please x
Hey I’m the same I have a 13 month old and stay at home mum. I also don’t drive it’s tough! Iv found that I try and plan my week with stuff to do even if it’s walking to a nearby park, going to the library just try and get out everyday. Try and see if there are any toddler groups you can walk too or get the bus too they are a god send at this age as its hard to keep them entertained for long at home 😅 Also try and see if you can have atleast one morning to yourslef when your partner is home so you can relax and do something for you xx
Hey I’m in the same boat! If you ever just want to call and talk while doing your daily routine feel free ❤️ just message me I’ll send you my phone number
@Ember thankyou :) would love to chat if you want :)
I would talk to your partner about watching the baby so you can have some alone time or go out
