I have PCOS and got pregnant using INITO. But before then I made sure my thyroid was fine.
I have PCOS and kind of in the same boat. I got pregnant easily with my first and have been trying over 2 years. (The last year taken it more seriously, tracking ovulation, doctor prescibed Metformin for me to get regular period, and just this month started Clomid cycle so keeping my fingers crossed. What are your doctor’s recommendations? If you don’t find your doctor helpful find a new one.
I had polycystic ovaries as well they are gone now because I was really big and I lost a lot off weight and that hleps soo much and drink a lot of water just look after your body it will happen it took me over 2 years to have my first baby now I just had my 3th baby she’s one now and I am going to try next year for baby number 4
I am in the same boat as you now. I’ve started tracking my ovulation with Mira this last cycle to give myself a fair chance..if I’m not pregnant after 6 cycles I’ll return back to the doctors for letrozole or clomid-again. It’s so hard. Definitely expected my body to know what it’s doing since we’ve been down this road before 🫠
I've been tracking my ovulation and eating healthy but I usually get my period every 2months and im still breatstfeeding my son. My doctor did say to stop breastfeeding if I really wanna get pregnant. But I wanna know if some you guys are in the same boat and didn't have to sto breastfeeding..
One of the OBGYN doctors told me when my period was not regular it’s breastfeeding to blame. After couple months I ended up going to a different doctor and I am glad I did. She right away did ultrasound to check for PCOS and blood test too. Prescribed me Metformin to get more regular I was getting period every few months too at best every 45 days which would make it so much harder to get pregnant.
Was metformin okay while breastfeeding? And how do you feel now.. did it help your mind and body?
