symptoms after removal

Had my implant removed 14/5/24. I’ve had so many symptoms of early pregnancy, not had any bleeding yet and all negative pregnancy tests. One huge thing I’ve noticed is I need to pee so much! I feel desperate for a wee every 2-3 hours but I don’t need to get up for a wee in the night- has anyone else experienced this?
