Milk bleb/ nipple pimple
Has anyone had these and what did you do? Mine is so sore! Does it go away on its own?

U can also try to remove it by urslf after heat pack or warm shower which makes it softer

Oh love I had these blebs with terrible pain. Just do warm shower n feed the baby as much as possible from that side. Baby's suck is strong ...hlp to unclog the duct
