No drinking, smoking/ vaping, eat things high in testosterone (walnuts bananas oranges etc) and yes go see a urologist/ fertility specialist.
@Mrs. Ray-Harris And i think diet plays a huge part. This man does NOT…. Eat healthy forreal. I cook as healthy as I can. But outside of that, his diet is trash. Lol. So it’s a start Forsure
My hubby and I believed it was him. It ended up being me....not ovulating even though I had my lh peak each month. Study both you and your man. Take vitamins every day. make sure to take folic acid and don't skip a beat. It played a big role in my reproductive system.
A good start will be that you and your partner should do baseline blood tests and for him sperm analysis to see where you are at. I had iron deficiency and vit d deficiency on top of my pcos. Partner had some issues with sperm as well. Remember it takes two to tango. Also take supplements that the FS recommends and diet plays a big part. My partner couldn’t always take vitamins so I cooked a lot of food at home to make up for it so he can get nutrients.
Have you guys went to the doctor for exams and tests like semen analysis etc to see where his levels are at and they can give him meds for like low sperm count low motility etc. also, they will check your egg levels (AMH) etc to make sure everything is in good standing
