It won’t necessarily induce, but motion is lotion. Definitely rest as much as you can and when it comes to exercise even just hip mobility on a yoga ball or light stretching is all that is very necessary. Walking could help move things along too if you’re feeling up for it. Just listen to your body!
I would just go about your normal day to day activities, that’s all I did and I went into labour at 39 weeks, I did nothing extra to bring it on x
