Breastfeeding moms
I recently started working out again but it seems like working out has made me produce less milk. Is there any tips that worked for you guys.?
I drink a lot of water. I eat my meals and snack during the day. I drink body armor and anything that has coconut water but is still not working. I was someone who produced a lot of milk before..🥹
Personally, I'd suggest to eat more! Or snack more! Healthy fats!
