Yes, it has worst. After 10 months my 2nd pregnancy, with a good exercise ( not just like "when you keep your pee" because its a kind of joke) and start to loosing weight helping me a lot. I hope you will find the best salution for yourself.x

@Szamanta is it better now or worse? X

Now is better

@Szamanta good to hear! I’m scared if I have another baby I’m going to be messed up forever x

If you are not pregrant at the moment my advise to do a lot of exercise to build and strenght your deep muscles.x

Are you based in the UK? If so there’s an assessment called a mummy MOT and they check your pelvic floor strength, assess the severity of prolapse and can give you advice. Not sure if you have heard of this before. May be helpful if not had an assessment already. X

Mine didn’t get worse during my second pregnancy, I feel extremely lucky because I was told it would! But I managed to continue training at the gym throughout my pregnancy also and felt really good. The only thing I was recommended to do by my gynaecologist was to have an elected c section to avoid pushing this time, which I did 3 weeks ago and I’m very happy I made that choice. You can request to see a physiotherapist during pregnancy to help avoid it worsening if needs be ♥️

@Lorna congratulations on your new arrival 🩷 how have you found recovery

Thankyou!! My recovering this time around with the c section vs the traumatic vaginal birth I had previously has been WORLDS APART! I feel so much better this time, you’d think it would be the other way around 😂

@Lorna ahh that’s amazing to hear! So pleased you are recovering well 🩷 everyone told me how horrific c sections are and to avoid one, then I ending up needing forceps and got a third degree tear 🙃 I fail to see how that’s better lol!

I think elected c sections are a lot different to emergency ones for sure. But I wish I could have had this experience the first time around, so they definitely are not all bad ♥️
