Cafes/chains in UK

Not exactly baby related, but I am veggie and on maternity leave and enjoying plenty of coffees out and about and occasionally treat myself to lunch. I do find independent coffee shops much better for veggie options, but if not available, which cafe/chain do you rate? The other day I was in costa and nero and every single veggie sandwich or wrap had pesto and/or sundried tomato- what is the pesto obsession?? 🫠🫠
