Hey! I go to Leo Gym which is a CrossFit gym in Marlow (a few people travel over from Beaconsfield/ Gerrards cross etc) - I’m 14 weeks and they’ve been amazing. On top of the normal classes they do small group (6 people) CrossFit classes specifically for women 3x a week which follow regular programming but bring in some more pelvic floor work/accessory work which specifically helps pre and post partum 😊
