Hey ! I’m battling with the anxiety and panic attacks as well, 12 months postpartum . I’m taking therapy currently . Totally understand where you are coming from . For me breathing exercises are helping a lot .
I can 100% relate sometimes I have a really hard time going to sleep because I’m so anxious something is going to happen. The slightest pain or symptom I’m literally thinking the worst! X
