Too early?!

Just took a pregnancy test for shits and giggles… my husband and I have been trying for 2/3 months for baby no.2, and my period isn’t due for another 11 days (conception would have been sometime between 7 days ago and 2 days ago) i decided to take a test because I was absolutely exhausted two days ago - fell asleep on four separate occasions during my work day 😆 Is it possible to rest positive this soon?!
