Cramping is usual in the beginning of pregnancy, it’s your womb expanding, almost like period like pains. You can have a miscarriage with no bleeding, it’s called a missed miscarriage. If you are worried, call your early pregnancy unit and ask them to see you, they usually get you in for an early scan xx
@Ashley I’m 5+5
It could be normal cramping from everything getting bigger down there (I had that but it wasn’t too painful) but if it’s painful I’d speak to the EPU xx
I had cramping in my current pregnancy up until 16 weeks and everything is fine and healthy x
Please also get it checked out as depends on where the pain is located as they may want to rule out ectopic x
Unfortunately it is. I had a missed miscarriage, I didn’t bleed. I only found out from a scan. How far along are you? X
