Also, forgot to say make sure you’re taking regular breaks, writing your notes sat down and things like that so that you’re not constantly standing. I know that’s tricky on the ward but regularly sitting down/standing up/changing position helped me. Hopefully your manager can support this x
I’d contact the maternity physio service - they can provide you with exercises, a support belt etc. Have you had a staff risk assessment also? I’m a nurse and there were certain things I’d avoid ie heavy leg bandaging etc and would swap with colleagues x
