This is your sign to go tent camping!

Thank you to all the mamas who commented on my post a few weeks ago asking for advice on camp tenting. We took our 10 month old for 2 nights and had the best time ever!! His sleep was a little off, but it was all manageable and made up by his pure joy during the daytime. I want to add a couple pieces of advice I hadn’t thought of beforehand: 1. We didn’t realize that the tent was on a slight incline so at first his pack n play was slightly tilted and that bothered him. We were able to even it out with some of his books! 2. If your baby is used to sleeping in darkness and you don’t have a way to black out the tent, expect baby to go to bed a little later. If you were thinking about doing it, this is your sign to do it! Look back at my previous post for other great tips!

So great!

@Stephanie that’s so cute! We definitely just had to let him get messy! And yeah, we actually took two cars on this trip 😅 but it worked out well because my husband went an hour before us to set everything up!

Can anyone recommend a tent for at least 5 people, we're in the market for a new one

We use the Coleman Sundome for 6 people. We bought it a few years ago and the price was great and it’s roomy. We have the pack n play, two cots and a chair in it. The only complaint is the zipper tends to get caught.

@Hannah thank you!

Hey @Stephanie ! We’re trying to take our 7 week old & wondering how to best keep her warm. Do you coskerp or have some kind of newborn sleeping bag? Or did you just layer your baby up? Thanks!!
