My family just moved to another state where we don't know anybody... so we're not having a party for my son. When my daughter turned 3, i got her a birthday cake, and took her to a kids play place. I also took her to target to pick out any gift she wanted. Went home and had cake and opened presents with family. It was a great day, and she had so much fun. I did that another year as well, bc she enjoyed it so much. I took her to places that makes her happiest.... Target was one of them😂.

Both my girls are Nov babies (2019 & 2021) and they will be 3 and 5 this year so I am doing a small cake and mini party for them to have with their friends and half their cousins and then the weekend after thanksgiving we are taking a bday flight home to Jersey so they can see the other half of their cousins and go to American dream (Google it..lol it’s amazing) and it’s also an early bday trip for my mom (dec bday) cuz she gets to see a football game for her team and a late birthday trip for me (Oct bday) but im already going on a solo trip then for my bday sooo yea lol 😂

@Irene I do that on my girls actual birth days since their 10 days apart I take 1 on 1 time with them and I feel like they love not having to share just once lol

@Mya that's awesome! I feel that's definitely important for the one on one time. I only take my daughter to just the store as well. She loves "mommy time" and just getting all the attention lol. With my son... I'm probably going to take him by himself as well to the store, bc my daughter is autistic, and i don't want her to feel sad that we're only getting a toy for brother since it's his day. That sounds like a fun trip planned though! I wish we had a bigger family (cousins and all that), but I'm literally the only sibling that has kids ( i have 3 siblings) lol. I have a cousin who has adopted 3 kids, but I'm estranged from my dads side of the family 🙄. I'll have to look up that American Dream thing... that sounds interesting!

We are taking my daughter to see Bluey's Big Play for her birthday, then also celebrating with family.

A Disney trip we will go the day before he turns 3 so his whole stay he is free! They say they give cards and a birthday pin to wear the whole trip. Cast members wish them a happy birthday

We just did stuff she likes that we don't do very often. We went to the zoo and got ice cream after. That evening, we had a small fire pit with s'mores (she absolutely loves them). Her best friend and her family (close family friends) cane to the s'mores party.

Tractor theme my little boy loves tractors.
