4 weeks postpartum, looks like a wall of flesh in my vagina? Is this normal?? Prolapse? Will it get better?

Made the mistake of looking down there with a mirror and saw that my vaginal opening is obstructed by a big wall of flesh. There's a tiny hole that's always open at the top near my urethra, but honestly without noticing that I thought the opening was on the bottom near my rectum, that's how the flesh looks (sorry for my wording, idk how else to describe). It used to feel very sensitive like something was rubbing, but not anymore. I poop and pee just fine, no feelings of a ball anymore. Still, the way it looks freaks me out and I'm scared to feel around at this point. Could it be just swelling, or is this a grade 1 prolapse?

I have the same and have been referred to a physio. My GP said it is a prolapse. Unfortunately mine has reopened my grade 1 tear aswell 😢

Mine sounds pretty much the same. I was sent to PT and given a referral to see if surgery was something I wanted
