First period after miscarriage
I’ve got my first perfiod post miscarriage and I’ve been bleeding now for 11 nearly 12 days. Has anyone else bled for this long with their first period? Did you find that this cycle was longer and did you still ovulate?

Have you had a scan to make sure all products had been released? My period was pretty light after my miscarriage but I did have a d&c. Have heard of people having heavier periods post. But might be worthwhile getting checked!
@MJ I did a while ago as surgery failed and then had medication to clear retained tissues. My pregnancy tests including one at the h hospital came back negative after a few weeks
It been almost 28 days since I had my first miscarriage and still waiting for my period to come . Cause we agree to wait for at least 3 months to try again.

I had 2 periods in one month I started on the 29th June finished on the 3rd then started bleeding again on the 13th July and stopped on Wednesday bit of an abnormal period I spoke to my gp and they said it can take up to 2-4 months for your cycle to go back to normal but I’m still worrying about it try not to stress to much x
