I have pcos with no cysts and regular periods. Iv been using no contraception for a year now and not gotten pregnant yet. I have a good diet and taking supplements. Idk what else to do, can anyone give any advice?

You looked when you ovulate? I would recommend ovusense. It's best ovulation monitoring for pcos
@Jessie i was using a bbt thermometer on the premom app and i did get a peak for ovulation. Ive tried having an even cleaner diet since march and lost 5kg.(im not very overweight) i’ll have a look at ovusense.. did u use it to conceive?
