Regret

Does anyone else kind of regret having a child with their husband? Maybe I expect too much, I just feel like he isn’t a family man at all, the child was planned but he does nothing to help me or even entertain him whilst I’m trying to do tea. I just think to myself sometimes, I wish I had a baby with someone who wants to be a dad/ family, as my husband doesn’t come across like that at all. I feel soo lonely at times.

😢 aww this is sad. I had the same with my first child’s dad, he wasn’t what I expected as a father so I left him, now I have a partner that is obsessed with being the best father figure and biological father to our boy on the way (not saying that’s what you should do) have you approached him about it? Xx

What does he do when he gets home from work? What do you do at weekends? Does he ever plan nice family days out? Unfortunately being a good dad/family man is usually something that is inherently inside them so if your husband isn’t one, it’s highly unlikely he’ll change.
