I’ve got the same too, currently on day 14. I’ve had some clots but fairly light brown bleeding. I called EPU and they said it was normal but I’ve booked a GP appt which is tomorrow for reassurance
@Nikki ahh! 14 days of period? God, day 5 for me and still not sign on any red blood and still not even barely transferring to underwear. So strange! Not clots, just some small brown stringy bits that I was also passing when miscarrying. I’m going on holiday tomorrow for 9 days so this is why I’m really worried 😭
@katie thank you so much!! But by lighter I assume you mean red blood, not old brown blood? :( it’s worrying me! My periods would normally only last 5 days so I’ll see what tomorrow brings…
This happened to me at first and when I have got slightly heavier I’m barely filing a pad. Fingers crossed it’s short and stops for you soon! X
@Nikki well it’s now day 8 for me and since yesterday it’s finally properly here. Red and heavy!! Also sore and uncomfortable compared to ‘normal’. Feeling relieved I think 😅
hi i had the same, after my miscarriage my first period was a lot lighter than usual and lasted about 5 days . the brown spotting may be old blood coming out. if your worried talk to a gp but in my experience the period after was normal bleeding and lasted around 7 days ( which is how long they usually last)
