Pan fried chicken w coconut curry sauce and curry butter baked potatoes

An Everyplate meal. The original is with crumbed Basa which I’ve cooked before in this recipe I just needed to use up my chicken. The sauce could’ve been thicker w half coconut cream and half coconut milk instead of all coconut milk
