It happens, last night my baby started rolling and i had gotten up to pee and he rolled in the small space between the bassinet and the bed, the bassinet moved and he was just sandwiched between them and it took me forever to find him because the light in our room went out as I was turning it on to find him 😭

So sorry mama. This must have been scary! Time to pack up the bedframe for now and sleep on a floor bed. My 18mo fell backwards off the bed onto her head while we were folding laundry once … i still feel bad about it but she was totally fine

Literally happened to me on Saturday and I cried and cried and you know what she did? Laughed at me. 4 months and laughing at her momma being in distress is crazy lol! I felt soooo guilty but she was fine. I keep getting told it won’t be the last time and that consider it a rite of passage into parenthood lol! It’s not too funny but the babies are ok so I can laugh at it now or else I’ll cry again! You’re a great momma! Impossible to be a perfect one! Your baby is still loved and loves you just as much 🥰
