Sterilising/cleaning breast pump
What's everyone's cleaning routine with their breathing pump equipment. New to this and not sure how often I should sterilise versus clean the equipment. Thanks in advance 😊🍼

I clean and sterilise after each use
Clean and sterilise once a day and keep in the fridge/coolbag in-between. If you wash only then they won't be sterile anymore.

I either rinse or wash with soap and water. Place into my microwavable autoclave and into the microwave for 8 minutes after every use. When I go out i put it in a microwave bag to then take out. I worry to much about there being something that would harm my baby if I don't sterilise after every use, I don't have a large fridge so my microwave is the only place big enough to store the parts
