How to get rid of cradle cap?

I'm sure I saw a post about this earlier but unable to find it! Any suggestions please share.

With my eldest, I used fractionated coconut oil (it has similar texture to vegetable oil), rubbed it in, then used a nit comb to get it all off and out of the hair. Waited until 3 months just in case it was going to clear on its own first but it didn't. It only came back once about 6 months later, and then nothing since.

Last night, with my 11 week old (2nd child), I had a fairly long bath with her and got her head wet whilst I gently massaged it with the tips of my fingers. Then I shampooed her hair and dried it gently with a towel.. looks so much better today, and her head and hair feel very smooth

I use baby oil and gently rub it onto her scalp. Leave it to sit for around 10 minutes and use a gentle comb to comb her hair to get it to lift slightly. I then bath her and use a little head massager/cradle cap remover I got from Amazon and then just clean her hair. Can take a few times but it’s nice a gentle and she hasn’t lost any hair from me doing this. This is the massager I bought and she loves the feeling on her head too https://www.amazon.co.uk/Silicone-Scrubbers-Exfoliator-SkinSoother-Essential/dp/B09F9B3B5F/ref=asc_df_B09F9B3B5F/?tag=googshopuk-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=696285193871&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=1886710075365205563&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9046068&hvtargid=pla-2281435177898&psc=1&mcid=4ff14487e26c3b86ba78ae063fb6f535&hvocijid=1886710075365205563-B09F9B3B5F-&hvexpln=74&gad_source=1 xx
