Migraines

Is anybody getting migraines that they have thrown up from? Nothing helps either. I’m 15 weeks and woke up at 2:30 am from a POUDING migraine and ran to the toilet. They last forever too 😔 I really hope these go away soon because they feel terrible when they come

Hi Sarah! I’ve been dealing with a consistent headache for about 2 weeks now. My Dr made sure to ask if I’m drinking enough water and am staying hydrated. The recommended amount of water intake ranges anywhere from 80 oz - 100 oz. It’s normal. It could be your hormones. It’s too early for hypertension / preeclampsia. I’m 17 weeks and my Dr recommended I take 2 Tylenol it just depends on your body weight. I haven’t liked having to result to Tylenol unfortunately due to the side effects it has but I don’t like suffering either. You’re not alone! Try getting an ice pack and putting that on your head. Hope you feel better soon. 💗

Yes I had a terrible migraine 3 days in a row! Every time I had to 🤮 it started pounding even more! Sleeping in pitch black made it die down but it kept coming back each day.. Drinking lots of cold water at the beginning of the day & making sure I ate more helped!

Yes! I am constantly having headaches so I have started mixing sugar free Gatorade with my water to make sure I am getting enough electrolytes and as soon as I feel a headache coming on I take 2 Tylenols as recommended by my Dr. Throwing up unfortunately did not help .

@Tasia ohhh. Myyyy. Goddd! 3 days in a rowww sounds so horrible ugh I’m sorry! Yes I feel if I get ahead of it and just start drinking lots of water as soon as I wake up they don’t really come! I hope you feel better ❤️‍🩹
