I run. I do around 6k 3 times per week and gym. 2 c-sections down. First one was 6.5 years ago. Second one 4 months ago. I don’t get pains and actually have started working on my tummy and abs again. Perhaps you need to slow down for a couple of weeks. Don’t stop just maybe drop a day? Give your body time to recover?

I’m not running anywhere near as much as that! But even the short runs I am doing I’m getting twinges… is it just the scar tissue stretching with the movement? Muscles getting used to it again… idk! My girl is 4 months x
