Just got my period since baby how do I help my supply

I just got my period after having baby on June 1st. I had been getting an ounce a day for the last two days and today I’ve barely gotten any. I’m guessing it’s from my period but how do I help get my supply to stay or not run so low?

I had my baby on June 1st as well and also just got my period I’ve noticed a decrease in my milk supply too, I was told to make sure you stay hydrated and feed baby as much as possible so that supply can come back up

Body armour, drinking lots and lots of water and eating a lot also has helped me 😅

And pumping on a set schedule also!! Like every 2 hrs is what i do

Taking a calcium magnesium supplement helped me!

@Jasmin Body armor has never done anything to my supply. I’ve seen on almost every group that’s what people recommend. Is there a certain one that helps? I’ve tried a few different ones that have coconut water

@Kelsi I drink Liquid IV and lots and lots of water. I also drink just regular coconut water throughout the day. I made my own homemade granola bars that have oats, flaxseed and chia seed.

Oatmeal (cinnamon raisin) has helped me a lot. Also the milk cookies (target or buy buy baby). I also have used lactation tea (I like the pink stork brand on Amazon) all have been very helpful. Also lots and lots of water.
