I’ve had it done differently at different places. I had 10 days of regulation tablets to ‘switch off’ my cycle, then a scan to check my lining and hormone levels were low (they weren’t) so I had to wait another 7 days. Then I took estrogen for 10 days, another scan and then 5 days of progesterone injections then transfer. I also had an endometrial scratch, which was just after my last period. Previously I didn’t have the first set of tablets. So I think it varies clinic to clinic tbh
It’s 2 weeks added on from transfer plus 5 days or 3 days dependant on how old your embryo is. Transfer day is when your ovulation would occur and they count it from last period, hence the 2 weeks added
On the day of transfer you are 2 weeks and 5 days pregnant
Thank you!
