Citalopram/ antidepressant meds for anxiety

Hey everyone! I have been on citalopram 10mg for anxiety since Dec 23 and I've overall had a good experience with it and feel much better however I have noticed that I sometimes 'zone out' if I am concentrating on something and totally miss if someone is talking to me... Not sure if it's the meds or the fact I've got 2 x 3 year olds running around and work full time lol. Wondering if anyone has experienced anything similiar? Other than this I have no other side effects
