😴💤😴💤🥱

Between my 2.5 year who has always slept through the night and now keeps waking up shouting “I don’t need it” and my 9 month old who was down to 1-2 wakes for a bottle and has now decided she’d like to hugely increase that number and just get up for an hour at 3am and have a chat… I’m really really tired. I actually counted last night because I thought my brain was maybe overreacting or exaggerating. Between going to bed at 9.30am and 3.30am, I was woken up 11 times. Obviously my husband slept through the night. And was pissed off when I woke him at 6am - 20 mins before he has to get up anyway - to see if he could take the toddler downstairs before he woke his sister. If I could sleep through the night I’d happily start everyday at 6am. Or 5am. Or even 4am 😂 I know. It’s just a phase. But Jesus Christ it’s quite a stage

The half asleep 'I don't need it' is exactly what my 2.5 year old does!! I'm sorry you're going through this😣 here's me planning on trying for a second soon, but I'm not looking forward to the sleep deprivation again!😆

@Katrina I am usually the most patient person (ok maybe not THE most but I try 😂) but when he gets me out of bed at 2am just to shout “I don’t need it” at me 😤😡 in my head I’m just like “what?!?! Don’t need what?!?!”. So frustrating!! Having two is wonderful they’re so cute together. It’s absolutely worth it 95% of the time 😂

I’m sorry you are going through that. I read a sleep regression typically hits sometime between 8-10 months when their brain is learning how to speak more. Sounds like you are in it.
