Early wake up
So I am incredibly grateful and lucky to have a little girl who sleeps very well at night. She goes down around 8:30pm and tends to not wake at all in the night (the occasional 3am feed however this is becoming more rare). However she tends to wake around 4:45/5am. She will go back down for an hour or so after a feed. I’m just wondering if anyone has any tips for me to do in the day to try and encourage that wake up to stretch out to 6am or a little later. A lot to ask I know! But just wondering if there’s anything I can be doing to encourage it
Trial an earlier bedtime for a few nights - between 7-8. I know you instantly think an earlier bedtime means an earlier wake up but not necessarily.
