I’m swimming in tomatoes!
Both cherry and slicing tomatoes. I’m happy but want more creative ways to prepare them. Please share your ideas!

Pizza sauce and sliced on top of pizza, caprese salad, BLT sandwiches, sliced on top of cottage cheese, tomato soup, salsas! Etc 😊

You can make sauce and freeze it. If you have a means, dehydrated slices with everything bagel seasoning makes a delicious crispy snack.
@Grace yeah caprese is super easy and delish!! Just tomato, basil and fresh mozzarella with drizzle of olive oil and a good balsamic and crack of salt n pepper 😊

Can you can them? Pizza sauce salsa spaghetti sauce? Can all be made fresh as well but canning Tomatoes is so nice.
