Therapist or not

How do you know when your relationship is on the rails and it's time to call a therapist? I know my relationship has really gone through the times and trials but this time feels different. Is there any mamas with stories and some advice of how you went through this and what came of it?

My husband and I did couples therapy before we got married. We weren’t “fighting nice” and we wanted to work on our communication before moving forward with our relationship. I definitely recommend it but it only works if you do the work outside of therapy too and getting a therapist of your own as well. Some relationships aren’t meant to last but if you think yours is then there is no shame in having a nonbiased third party to talk to about the problems you’re having (or don’t even realize you’re having)
