Need some help😭

I have a toddler and a 9 month old. Toddler is good as he plays independently very well, just a bit clingy but listens to instructions. My 9 month old though, loves to crawl and stand or be held. I’m just in a tough place because I want to get a nanny or just someone to help watch/play/golf my 9 month old so I can just so some basic cleaning and prepping. I don’t even need someone to change their diapers or feed them because I can do that, I really just need someone to sit with or hold my 9 month old while I cook or wash dishes😭 Does anyone have suggestions ?? Or ideas on what I should do? Lately I’ve just been letting my 9 month old cry in the bouncer or play pack so I can do things or crawl around but I don’t get anything fully finished and food is always burnt😭
