Borderline tongue tie - to cut or not?

Hi, wondered people’s thoughts. I’ve been told my little girl (4 weeks) has a borderline posterior tongue tie. She has had issues with feeding but I wonder if some of this is related to birth trauma of which improvements have been seen by a paediatric chiropractor. I’m not sure if to get the tongue cut or not and wondered what the concerns could be in later life if she doesn’t get it cut?

Our girl was the same, only 25% posterior tie, ended up getting it cut when she was 10 months old because she was waking every hour, such bad gas pain from swallowing air when feeding, couldn’t keep her dummy in her mouth, only drinking 3-4 ounces of milk every bottle. Best thing we ever did, she slept through the night from the day we got it done and has been so much happier. No more tummy pain either x
