It’s really tough, it really never goes away like Jodi said. Be kind to yourself, a good mantra I find is to say “today I am pregnant”, you don’t know what you don’t know x
That stress is so familiar. After my first miscarriage I got pregnant with my daughter and until I was showing I was STRESSED and had to daily remind myself to breathe because she was growing and didn't need to be stressed too 🤷♀️ probably silly but I talked to her about it while she was in there
This happens to me & I was worried about losing my baby until she was about 6 months old so it was well over a year of complete stress! No guidance just letting you know your not alone & reach out to your midwife if you need help xxx
