Pregnancy yoga/pilates?

Hiya, i’m Crediton way and did some with Polka dot yoga nr Cheriton Fitzpaine and also at Healthy babies in Tiverton which was really good!

Also I think there is some in Exeter. i think a friend did some with The Nest CIC

I second the recommendation for Polka Dot yoga (it’s called Nest of Nourishment now). Karolina who runs it is brilliant, it’s much more than just yoga she’s also a trained doula so she gives you so many tips and tricks along the way xx
