Nap time at daycare

My 26 month old just started day care a month ago (in august). She currently goes 3 days a week. She has not been able to nap at daycare yet. Well, she maybe slept a total of 3 times since she started (not full naps). I’m not sure what’s wrong. Or what I should be doing differently at home…. And then I feel terrible because they make her stay in her bed for 2.5/3 hours… every time she gets up to move around they just put her back in bed. Which is torture for her I’m sure. How can I get her to sleep at daycare? Has anyone gone through something similar?
