Tonies box
My LO isn’t really interested in TV but loves me reading books and would sit all day. I like reading books with him but I need some time to get some jobs done in the house which is why I try him with the TV. Does anyone recommend a tonies box? Do they just read stories?

Yes I think it’s the sitting down with me too which is why I’m not sure about one. Good idea though I will try some stories before I make the purchase!
We’ve had one since first birthday and little one loves it. They are a mix of stories and songs ie jungle book is all of the songs and then the story of the jungle book. If you want to test one out they usually have them in the children’s floor of John lewis X

I’ve thought about one of these but I feel like my little one loves looking at the pictures and enjoys sitting with me whilst we read.. have you tried the stories on the Alexa? To see they like first? x
