What does this mean?
I had a US scan at 7w6d and the result showed a fetal pole measuring 7w3d, heart rate of 161, and complex fluid in the cervical canal/lower aspect of the uterus. Does anyone have similar experience? Should I be worried about SAB because of the fluid? I had an episode of bright red spotting prior to that ultrasound and some brown spotting afterwards but not continuous.

@KellyDoes that usually resolve by itself? My next ob appointment is on 10/21 and I’ll be 13w2d… it’s sooo far away! Based on the US I was offered two options: expectant management and starting progesterone via vaginal suppository.
@ Incognito you need to speak to your OB and ask that they translate your US for you. The two options you were offered would not be for an SCH. There's nothing that can be done for an SCH, so you must have something else going on.
