I used to suffer very bad constipation, so I normally have a shake in the morning, I started adding a scoop of flaxseeds and I make sure I drink at least 2L of water per day. This has helped me so much to stop being constipated. Just be careful when you increase your intake of fibre in your diet, as if you eat a lot of fibre all of a sudden you can become even more constipated… do it slowly. 🌝
