Teething or poorly?

My LO is nearly six months old and today he has not been himself he has two tooth growing in at the bottom but hasn’t yet cut through however today starting at about 8 am he started being sick after he would 2 oz of milk then he drink more and it would happen again. This stopped until about 2 this afternoon he hadn’t napped all day and then he fell asleep but didn’t sleep for long only about 10 minutes then woke up he was happy as Larry then in space of literally like 2 seconds he was screaming and crying. He was refusing his bottle, a nap and I changed his bum however he was still crying and he felt really warm prior to him screaming and crying but took his temp and was 36.5 so was fine. Then I went and saw my MIL and he slept for about ten minutes there then wanted a bottle so made up a 8 oz bottle but he only drunk 5 and then he was sick 3 or 4 times in 30 minutes and then the screaming and crying started when I got home. I have given teething powder and calpol but nothing is seeming to help. Please help any advice is appreciated
