c section

I go back this Wednesday and I know I’m gonna have a nervous breakdown or cry missing my baby girl

@August aww I cried too with my first baby. how long has it been since the c section? any pain or discomfort ?

I went back went back after 4 1/2 months and had my daughter at nursery. I didn’t have any pain or discomfort as by that time I had already stated to feel more like myself . Definately felt mum guilt having to leave her. I had to pump at work which i hated and don’t think it’s something I would do again. I was always left feeling like I didn’t get to enjoy my maternity leave and if had the chance to do it again I would definitely not return to work so soon.

Had my baby 31.12.21, back to work 6.6.22, so she was 5 months old but was working from home and had her with me (UK based), could have stayed off till Septembet 2022 but the maternity pay was very basic x

@Brooks Same here. went back after 3 months with my first baby (vaginal delivery). I felt like I was missing on bonding time.

@Leanne Oh I wish I could wait 5 months but bills bills bills.
